Periwinkle Collection items are handmade in small batches in New Orleans. Because many pieces are made in limited quantities, processing time may vary by item and season.

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when it is available from the carrier.

Shipping addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Carrier delays or delivery issues

Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays can occasionally happen after a package leaves our hands. If your tracking appears stalled or your package has not arrived, contact us and we will help you investigate with the carrier.
